Walk-in?|TCS?Bengaluru?Hiring?for?General Accounting (GA) Interview Date: 24th May, 2025, Saturday Interview Time: 10 AM onwards (Entry is closed at 12:30 PM) Venue: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Gopalan Global Axis, H Block, Whitefield, Bangalore Role: General Accounting (GA) Team Member Desired Experience Range: 2-8 Yrs Shift: Should be comfortable with night shift & in a 24X7 shift environment Mode of Working: Work from Office #Key Skills General Accounting, Journals, Reconciliations & Reporting Job Description: Must Have: Managing Month end / Quarter close accounting activities Expert in Accounting (Journals, Reconciliations & Reporting) Expert in Balance sheet reconciliation and its open items resolutions Able to design process flows & writing the SOPs Proficient in client handling People management Prepare financial reports and statements Assist with internal and external audit activities Analyze financial statements and accounts Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.?Preparation of schedules for book close for all balance sheet accounts Good to Have: Experience in Accounting Automations and Writing Basic Macros. strong analytical abilities possess good communication and organizational skills should be adaptable, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role: Managing Month end / Quarter close accounting activities Expert in Accounting (Journals, Reconciliations & Reporting) Expert in Balance sheet reconciliation and its open items resolutions Basic interactions with Clients, dashboard reporting, understanding client's expectations Experience in Process improvements initiation Ability to engage in team towards business deliverables. Publishing timely and accurate metrics on deliverables to various stakeholders Ensure to meet defined SLAs and KPIs Handling Internal and External audits e.g. Quality Audit, ISO Audit, SOX audit, Information Security Audit etc. Willingness to work in any shifts and location. Able to work in CoE environment & leading the shift of the group.
