Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation and Review Corporate Tax return (1120), Partnership (1065), and Individual (1040) prepared by Tax Preparer.
• Knowledge of tax laws, tax concepts and familiarity with form Individuals and schedules
• Expert level research capabilities to research and complete the new tax forms
• Manage and mentor team members of tax team to greater levels of effectiveness and service levels
• Must be able to effectively organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines throughout each day to assist to meet clients'
• Ability to learn quickly and work with a result-oriented approach
• Training of new team members as and when required.

Education:

Competencies required:

• Having 1+ Years of Experience in US Taxation
• Conversant with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must have excellent client service skills, Responsive to clients.
• Highly motivated, Self-Learner and a problem solver.
• Outstanding analytical, organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of US Tax softwares like, UltraTax, Drake, CCH Axcess, ProSeries, ATX, CCH Engagement, etc.
