Support and Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support (Ticketing & Event-related Queries):

    • Serve as the first point of contact for event organizers, customers, and ticket buyers regarding any issues related to ticketing, event information, and platform features.
    • Resolve inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or chat.
    • Address customer complaints, issues, and feedback, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
    • Provide solutions for issues related to ticket booking, payments, and other related technical matters.
  • Event Setup and Management:

    • Collaborate with event organizers to ensure their events are set up accurately on the platform, including ticket pricing, availability, and event details.
    • Input event data into the ticketing system, ensuring all fields (e.g., dates, times, ticket categories, venue details) are completed accurately.
    • Maintain an updated database of all live and upcoming events and ensure seamless integration of data across all platforms.
  • Data Entry & Database Management:

    • Accurately enter, update, and maintain event-related data such as ticket pricing, availability, seating arrangements, and event-specific details in the system.
    • Regularly update customer information, ticket sales data, and payment statuses.
    • Ensure data accuracy by cross-referencing event and ticketing details with the organizers' specifications.
    • Assist in generating and maintaining reports for event analytics, ticket sales, and customer feedback.
  • Operations Support:

    • Assist with day-to-day ticketing operations, including monitoring ticket sales, ensuring availability, and updating event information as necessary.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Tech Support) to ensure successful event execution and problem resolution.
    • Ensure that all event information is accurate and up-to-date across the platform.
  • Quality Assurance:

    • Regularly test platform functionality to ensure optimal performance, especially during high-demand events.
    • Conduct post-event reviews to identify areas for operational improvement and implement best practices for future events.
  • Reporting and Data Analytics:

    • Prepare and manage operational reports, including ticket sales data, customer feedback, and operational issues.
    • Track metrics related to ticketing volume, customer interactions, and event performance.
    • Analyze data to provide actionable insights for improving event operations, customer service, and platform efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of experience in customer support, operations, or event coordination, preferably within the ticketing, entertainment, or events industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and data management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot operational and technical issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.

  • Recent graduates/Postgraduates (Batch of 2024 & 2025)

  • Educational Background: Any
