• 10+ years of experience in Software Testing with a strong focus on Test Automation

• Proven experience in building and scaling automation frameworks

• Hands-on with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright (or all of them!)

• Comfortable around CI/CD, Agile, BDD/TDD conversations

• Leadership experience guiding junior SDETs and working closely with Dev teams
