• Design, develop, and maintain internal dashboards and web applications using

• Understanding of operational processes.
• Build and manage

• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and CRM teams to identify bottlenecks and develop tech solutions.
• Work with

  Linux-based environments

  for deployment, debugging, and automation.
• Create reusable scripts to streamline reporting from CSV/Excel files and drive decision-making.
• Contribute to internal GenAI automation tools using

  ChatGPT, Gemini

  , and prompt engineering for ops efficiency.
• Ensure robust documentation and maintain clean, modular, and scalable code.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and team reviews.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience as a Python Developer with strong backend skills.
• Proficient in

• Hands-on experience with

  for automation and web interaction.
• Solid understanding of

  for data manipulation and Excel/CSV reporting.
