Job Description

Role & responsibilities: -

Execute sterile and aseptic manufacturing operations in compliance with GMP and SOPs.
Operate and monitor autoclaves, sterilizers, and other sterilization equipment ensuring proper validation and documentation.
Maintain cleanroom discipline, monitor environmental parameters, and ensure contamination-free operations.
Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) standards, document batch activities, and support audits and regulatory inspections.
Investigate deviations, implement CAPA, and participate in process improvements to ensure product quality.
Train and guide team members on aseptic techniques, cleanroom practices, and compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of
sterile manufacturing, aseptic techniques, and GMP compliance
.
Hands-on experience with
autoclaves, sterilizers, cleanroom operations, and aseptic filling lines
.
Knowledge of
QMS, SOPs, deviation handling, and CAPA systems
.
Analytical skills to
troubleshoot equipment/process deviations
.
Attention to detail, discipline, and ability to maintain
sterile environments consistently
.
