Job Title: Design Review Engineer

  • Purpose of Position

- The Design Review Engineer is responsible for review of drawings/ technical

documents in the area of Static design engineering.

- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System,

including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.

  • Major Responsibilities

- Carrying out independent modelling and analysis for the

- project assigned by department head/Manager/assistant Manager

- Preparation of calculation sheet

- Review of structural drawing and designs

- Preparation of design reports.

  • Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)

- Perform & deliver to client as per contract and client expectations.

- He would be exposed to various types of designs. Hence, one of the essential needs

would be the ability to quickly comprehend new design and re-orient oneself to work

on the same.

  • Qualification:

    B.E civil & MTech Structural with 3-6 yrs Exp in RCC & Steel.Job Title: Design Review Engineer

Job Summary:
The Marketing & Sales Executive is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company's services, as well as managing sales activities to drive revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the target market, the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
  • Discuss with the prospect clients and visit them. Always be in the market to meet the clients.
  • Analyze market data to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's offerings.
  • Sending promotional materials such as brochures & credentials to the prospect clients.
  • Logging sales opportunities in the Excel spreadsheet and the company's CRM system to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Preparing a Contract review checklist, Synopsis, legal approval and management approvals for tender bid submission.
  • Maintaining a daily file tracker and updating it regularly.
  • Prioritizing the completion of client-provided vendor registration forms.
  • Coordinating with the Operations Head to obtain price approvals.
  • Preparing sales proposals and submitting them to the client after obtaining approval.
  • Following up on the submitted proposals and converting them into contracts.
  • Reviewing purchase orders for any discrepancies and obtaining approval from the Operations Head.
  • Creating the contract in the company's CRM system.
  • Creating dedicated file folder and copy all the contract documents.
  • Handing over the contracts to the Operations team with all previous communications with the client.
  • Regularly following up with clients for any purchase order amendments.
  • Periodically contacting clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly review meeting data including PPTs preparation and presentation to the management.
  • Attend industry events, conferences and trade shows to network and showcase the company's services.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in using marketing and sales tools, such as CRM software, pricing & estimation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
