Waitressing

Department: Food & Beverage / Banquets
Reports To: Banquet Supervisor / Executive Steward

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, wash, and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes used during banquet events.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down banquet kitchens and service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stewarding and banquet back areas.
• Ensure all cleaning and sanitation standards meet hotel and health code regulations.
• Handle china, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment with care to prevent breakage and loss.
• Remove trash, recyclables, and food waste from kitchen and banquet areas regularly.
• Replenish and organize banquet supplies such as ice, glassware, and utensils as needed.
• Assist banquet staff and chefs with basic tasks during event setup and breakdown.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies and procedure

• .Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in stewarding, kitchen operations, or banquet service is an asset.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
