Job Description

Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
Present menus and provide detailed information on dishes and specials
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
Serve orders efficiently and ensure proper table service
Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction
Clear and reset tables between guests
Handle customer complaints with professionalism or refer to management
Process payments (cash, credit, etc.) and issue receipts
Follow health and safety regulations, including hygiene and food safety standards
Assist in opening and closing duties as needed
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waitress or in customer service is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling payments
Friendly and positive attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts (weekends, holidays, evenings)
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light trays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
