Customer Service

• Greet customers politely and assist them with menu choices.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Serve food and beverages following company standards.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude at all times.

Operations & Service

• Ensure tables, dine-in areas, and counters are clean and well-arranged.
• Assist in packing takeaway and delivery orders.
• Support the kitchen team during rush hours for smooth operations.
• Refill sauces, tissues, and water, and maintain counters.

Hygiene & Safety

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitization protocols.
• Maintain personal cleanliness and uniform standards.
• Report any issues related to food quality or safety.

Cash Handling (If Assigned)

• Handle billing and POS operations accurately.
• Manage cash transactions and maintain receipts properly.

Teamwork

• Coordinate with team members for smooth outlet operations.
• Follow instructions from the Manager / Shift Incharge.
• Support in inventory counting and daily opening/closing procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
