Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers: Welcome guests and guide them to their tables.
• Take orders: Accurately record food and beverage orders, making recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and beverages: Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Handle payments: Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Clean and maintain: Keep tables clean and tidy, clear used dishes, and ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
• Address guest concerns: Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues.
• Collaborate with kitchen: Communicate orders and work with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Follow health and safety guidelines: Adhere to all relevant regulations and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for processing payments.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays.
• Knowledge of menu items and food preparation.
• Food safety certification (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
