Job Description

Job Summary : We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Waiter/Steward to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests through prompt and courteous service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating. Present menus, offer recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar. Serve food and beverages efficiently, following proper hygiene and safety standards. Ensure tables are set properly and maintained throughout service. Handle billing and collect payments in accordance with restaurant procedures. Attend to guest needs, requests, or complaints and escalate when necessary. Clear used dishes and clean tables between courses and after guests leave. Maintain cleanliness of dining area and service stations. Coordinate with kitchen and other service staff for smooth operations. Follow all restaurant policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
