Job Description

We are a fast-paced Indo-Chinese restaurant focused on delivering great taste and service. We are looking for friendly and efficient serving staff to join our team and help elevate the dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Use Petpooja POS to place and track orders Serve food and drinks in a timely, polite manner Handle billing and payments through Petpooja Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area Coordinate with kitchen and delivery staff for smooth operations Handle guest feedback and escalate issues when necessary Requirements: Minimum 6 months experience in restaurant service preferred Basic to intermediate knowledge of Petpooja POS system Ability to speak good English and communicate clearly with customers Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused attitude Ability to multitask and work under pressure Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
