Waiter

You are a courteous and efficient Waiter/Waitress who will be joining our hotel's restaurant team to ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, providing detailed menu information, taking accurate food and drink orders, delivering orders promptly, and ensuring guests are satisfied throughout their meal. You will interact with guests by presenting menus, taking orders using a POS software, and relaying orders to the kitchen staff. Your service delivery involves serving food and beverages professionally, monitoring tables, and addressing any guest concerns promptly. Additionally, you will assist guests with questions or requests, collaborate with staff members for efficient operation, and adhere to health and safety regulations. To qualify for this role, previous experience in customer service is preferred. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, work well in a fast-paced environment, have strong organizational skills, and maintain a presentable appearance. Flexibility in working evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is necessary, along with a high school diploma or equivalent education. In the professional restaurant environment of our hotel setting, you will work in shifts, stand for long periods, and carry heavy trays.
