Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our café team. As a front-line representative of our café, you’ll ensure guests have a pleasant and memorable experience by delivering excellent service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with food and beverage orders. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service Take accurate food and drink orders and input them into the POS system Serve food and beverages efficiently and in a timely manner Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests and responding promptly to any requests or concerns Clear and clean tables promptly and reset them for the next guests Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area Process payments accurately using cash or card Stay updated on menu items, specials, and café promotions Collaborate with kitchen and barista staff for smooth service flow Follow all health and safety regulations
