Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Welcome customers, take and process orders and assist with product inquiries. 2. Prepare and serve beverages and snacks according to Chaiwaale standards. 3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the kitchen and customer areas. 4. Assist in monitoring stock levels and notifying management when replenishment is needed. 5. Work effectively with colleagues to ensure efficient store operations & customer service. 6. Adhere to company policies, health, and safety regulations. Qualifications / Experience: 1. Minimum High school diploma. 2. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. 3. Basic English & Hindi Communication is mandatory. 4. Ready to work for rotational shifts & Flexible Week offs. 5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 6. Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
