Waiter/ Captain

Job Description:

We are looking for a Waiter cum Captain to join our restaurant team. The role involves serving guests with excellent hospitality while also supervising and guiding the service staff to ensure smooth dining operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests, ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately.

Supervise and guide waiters/servers, assign tables & duties.

Coordinate with kitchen for timely service.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.

Handle guest queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

Prior experience as Waiter/Steward; Captain/Team lead experience preferred.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to manage a team and work in fast-paced environments.

Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems (preferred).
