Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our service team. The ideal candidate will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure an excellent dining experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome customers to the restaurant. Present menus, provide detailed information about menu items, and make recommendations. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve orders promptly, professionally, and with attention to presentation. Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Clear and reset tables between guests. Follow health and safety standards in food handling and hygiene. Assist with opening/closing duties such as setting tables, polishing cutlery, and maintaining cleanliness. Handle billing and payment processing when required. Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
