Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, develop, and motivate a diverse, high-performing sales organization
  • Provide leadership to sales leaders in US and Europe; indirect leadership in other regions
  • Conduct market visits to understand customer needs, competition, and growth opportunities
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies aligned to commercial strategy
  • Ensure alignment with OTT HydroMet's Growth Engine, Growth Equation, and Growth Bridge
  • Drive excellence in value-based selling, Question-Based Selling (QBS), funnel management, and CRM adoption (Salesforce)
  • Refine and optimize go-to-market models across key accounts, field sales, and channel partners
  • Develop annual sales targets and manage sales incentive planning and execution
  • Provide ongoing sales forecasts to inform planning, manage risk, and monitor opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product Planning Group to shape innovation in partnership with Product Management, R&D, and Marketing
