VP - Tech Labs

As a Digital Solutions Strategist in this role, you will be responsible for strategizing, ideating, and demonstrating the value of innovative digital solutions. Your primary focus will be on digitizing service delivery and enhancing operational efficiency within the organization. You will analyze current service delivery methods, identify inefficiencies, and reimagine them through technology and process re-engineering. Additionally, you will work on automating manual processes by leveraging available tools and solutions in the market. Key Responsibilities: - Reimagine service delivery: - Identify inefficient processes and process steps. - Quantify the value proposition and ideal delivery methods. - Contrast current processes with ideal methods and propose improvements. - Conduct pilots to test reimagined value delivery methods. - Digitize operation: - Collaborate with delivery and support teams to identify digitization opportunities. - Analyze processes to identify areas for digitization. - Develop business cases with management sponsorship. - Scope and manage digitization projects. - Validate desirability through pilot projects. Qualifications Required: - Strong background in enterprise technology solutions and tools. - Familiarity with advancements in technology, including machine learning, AI (Artificial Intelligence), and Generative AI. - Blend of technology and business skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proven experience working in unstructured environments. This role requires at least 7+ years of experience in technology-related business analysis and solution evaluation. You should possess strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to align AI initiatives with business goals successfully. Additionally, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative approach are essential for this position.
