Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP – Sales Director with a proven track record in corporate sales and B2B deal closures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pitching, negotiating, and finalizing strategic partnerships with companies, HR departments, and institutions for our wellness services in and around Salem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic B2B sales plan focused on corporate wellness partnerships.
  • Identify potential corporate clients and generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Present tailored wellness solutions to key decision-makers (HR Heads, CXOs, Admin teams).
  • Lead all aspects of the sales cycle – proposal, presentation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Establish strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure recurring business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are delivered effectively post-deal.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adapt strategy.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets with accountability.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8 to 15 years of proven experience in B2B/corporate sales (preferably in wellness, healthcare, HR tech, or service industries).
  • Strong corporate network and market understanding in the Salem region and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (fixed)
  • Performance-based incentives: Lucrative commissions on closed corporate deals
  • Travel allowance (if required for client meetings)
