As a VP-Business Development at our company, you will join a fun and flexible workplace that will inspire you to do your best work. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your minimum 1-4 years of B2B experience in the paints / waterproofing / industrial flooring industry to drive sales in the flooring service segment. - Meet and coordinate with civil engineers and architects to understand their needs and promote flooring related products effectively. - Collaborate with interior designers to ensure the optimum sales of flooring products. - Regularly travel to meet various prospective builders, civil engineers, and architects to expand the customer base. - Demonstrate knowledge about various flooring products to provide expert advice to clients. Qualifications Required: - BE in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in the industry, or any graduate with relevant experience. - Candidates from the flooring industry are preferred for this role.
