VP Business Analytics (Cards Pricing Analytics Lead)

As an Analyst in the Analytics and Information Management (AIM) team at Citi, you will play a crucial role in providing reporting and business insights support for the North America Consumer bank. Your primary responsibility will involve monitoring and evaluating the impact of various business strategies, campaigns, and portfolio actions. By leveraging cutting-edge data, analytical, and modeling tools, you will assist in identifying revenue growth opportunities and optimizing marketing spends based on campaign performance. You will be expected to drive multiple projects involving large and complex data sets, utilizing programming tools such as SQL and SAS to perform analysis and validation. Your role will also require a solid understanding of credit card business financials, including P&L items, interest rates, fees, interchange, and penalties. By analyzing credit card portfolios and historical trends, you will provide financial estimates and insights to support strategic decision-making. In addition to your analytical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Collaborating with internal and global stakeholders, you will lead a team of analysts, mentor junior team members, and work towards delivering tangible outcomes. Your role will involve interacting regularly with business partners to align on strategic priorities, propose solutions, and continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring new data sources and capabilities. To excel in this role, you should have a degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, operations research, or a related quantitative field, along with at least 10 years of relevant industry experience. Your advanced process management skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead teams towards achieving specific financial outcomes will be essential.
