Understanding of 5G wrt integration with 4G.Good knowledge of site Planning Parameters implementation in Field during site integrationUnderstanding Audit site Golden Parameter its important for site qualityAnalysis of neighbor relations and implementation of correctionsTroubleshoot system problems such as call drops, dropped connections, hand-off failures and interference issuesWorking experience of RF Optimisation tool kits (Drive test kit 2G/3G/4G/5G, GPS, Laser meter, compass etc.)SCFT drive test knowledge for 4G (700MHz, 900MHz, 1800MHz, 2100 MHz, 2300MHz bands) covering various test scenarioPost-processing of DT data and analyze results of cluster drive testCarry out Physical and Soft Optimisation as per field requirement to meet the KPI benchmarks.Co-ordinating with planning, NOC field teams for configuration/parameter changes in Cell-sitesEnsure Site / Cluster DT Acceptance testing and signoff with customerExperience in managing network capacity for events and monitoring KPIs during the event to ensure service levelFoster strong collaboration with vendors, external partners, and internal teams.Communicate effectively with senior management, providing regular updates on network performance.Stay updated with the latest developments in RAN network technologies and performance monitoring tools Qualifications and Experience BE/B. Tech/Diploma Electronics or equivalent Engineering 2 - 5 Years of experience in RAN Performance Management, RF Optimisation in LTE Technology. Excellent Communications and interpersonal skills. Behavioral Sense of ownership to improve the Network. Ready to work in 24*7 rotational shifts if required. Task Management, Able to multitask to manage multiple operational and project workloads. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to learn more and do more. Team management Able to motivate and lead teams. Vendor Management. Should be creative, innovative and an achiever with positive attitude.
