Must demonstrate:→ Build Vicidial predictive dialer from scratch→ Configure UCaaS platforms→ Troubleshoot SIP errors in real-time

Experience with 50+ seat call centersCustomer-facing attitude
Compensation:
At par with industry + very heavy incentives
