Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy AI voicebots and chatbots using TTS + STT pipelines.

Integrate voice automation with telephony platforms such as 3CX, Twilio, Asterisk, SIP, or WebRTC.

Implement real-time Speech-to-Text for call handling, transcriptions, and intent detection.

Implement Text-to-Speech for natural, dynamic responses across phone calls and chat channels.

Build backend services in .NET Core / Node.js / Python for conversational logic and workflow automation.

Design and optimize LLM-based conversation flows for appointment booking, lead qualification, support, and FAQs.

Create webhooks for call events, message flows, and CRM/ERP integration.

Optimize latency, accuracy, and audio quality across voice interactions.

Develop barge-in detection to allow users to interrupt TTS during calls.

Support multi-language speech processing.

Prepare technical documentation, API guides, and flow diagrams.

Collaborate with product, operations, and call center teams to refine voicebot performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of Speech-to-Text (STT) technologies:

Google Speech API, Azure Speech, Whisper, Amazon Transcribe, Deepgram.

Experience with Text-to-Speech (TTS):

Azure Neural TTS, Amazon Polly, Google TTS, ElevenLabs, OpenAI.

Solid backend development experience in .NET Core, Node.js, or Python.

Knowledge of NLP/NLU, intent classification, context handling.

Experience integrating voicebots with:

3CX, Twilio, Asterisk, Genesys, Avaya, or other telephony platforms.

Strong understanding of audio streaming: PCM, WAV, -law, Opus.

Experience building REST APIs, WebSockets, SignalR.

Familiarity with SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

Experience deploying on Azure / AWS / GCP.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in AI call center automation.

Experience with LLM-based agents (OpenAI, GPT, Dialogflow, Rasa).

Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines.

Experience reducing TTS/STT latency for real-time voice applications.

Understanding of conversational UX design.

Soft Skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams.

Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Team player with the ability to work independently.
