Voice-Technical Support Representative

Your role may involve rotating on-call and holiday support. Utilize your soft skills and troubleshooting abilities to address client issues effectively, asking probing questions to gather necessary information. With 0.6 months to 1.0 years of experience in Active Directory and Intune company portal, you will prioritize and escalate support incidents based on business impact, maintaining passwords, data integrity, and file system security. You will effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical individuals, recommending solutions such as new acquisitions and upgrades. Additionally, you may handle phone and email assistance and perform other related duties as required. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
