Job Description:

We are hiring Voice Support – Telesales Executives to handle outbound calls and promote insurance plans to potential customers. You will play a key role in achieving daily/weekly targets and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads
• Explain insurance products clearly and persuasively
• Follow up on leads and convert to sales
• Maintain call logs and update CRM regularly
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally

Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Any Degree
• Good communication & telephonic skills
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in telesales/BPO is a plus
• Basic computer knowledge
