We are hiring candidates for the Inbound Voice Process – Insurance Claims. The role involves handling incoming calls from customers related to insurance claims, assisting them with claim registration, status updates, and resolving queries in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls related to insurance claims.
  • Assist customers in claim registration and documentation.
  • Provide accurate information on claim status and procedures.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate.
  • Good communication skills in English (regional language will be an advantage).
  • Prior experience in voice process / insurance domain preferred.
  • Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.

Salary: As per industry standards.
