What you'll do:

Conduct
New Hire Training
focusing on US Voice & Accent, American English phonetics, and core communication skills.
Train agents on client-specific US process knowledge, product details, and customer service etiquette.
Develop and update training content relevant to US voice processes.
Monitor calls and provide
one-on-one coaching
to improve agent performance.
Deliver refresher training and upskilling programs for existing agents.
Collaborate with Operations and Quality Assurance teams.
