Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Conduct

    New Hire Training

    focusing on US Voice & Accent, American English phonetics, and core communication skills.
  • Train agents on client-specific US process knowledge, product details, and customer service etiquette.
  • Develop and update training content relevant to US voice processes.
  • Monitor calls and provide

    one-on-one coaching

    to improve agent performance.
  • Deliver refresher training and upskilling programs for existing agents.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Quality Assurance teams.
