Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services.
  • Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal communication skills in [mention language – e.g., English, Hindi, Tamil].
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Previous BPO experience is a plus (not mandatory for freshers).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
