Job Role : Customer Care Executives

Work Location : Chennai ( Guindy )

Work Mode : At Office

Qualification : 12 , Diploma & Any Degree

Language Known :_ English, Hindi, & Tamil _

Experience : 0 - 1 Year

CTC :_ 1.8 LPA to 2.16 LPA_

Shift : Rotational shift with 6 Days working & 1 rotational week off

Role & Responsibilities:

• To ensure that customer needs are fully met on every call through the achievement of quality and service targets and the delivery of first-class customer service.
• Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Maintaining all documentation that pertains to the above responsibilities
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• To ensure that each customer receives a high-quality experience of professional service thus achieving your call quality targets.
• To be a successful Product Advisor
• Ultimately, a top-performing Product Advisor is the one who follows scripts and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and deliver a great customer experience.
