Role & responsibilities

  1. Provide 24*7 Voice Support to all customers visiting our website TEP.COM & FT.IN
  2. All Hot Leads needs to be outcalled immediately (Backlogs to be closed next day)
  3. All missed chat, blocked chat & callback to be reached out asap
  4. Agents should have an Engaging Conversation with customer by being polite & share clear information
  5. All agents need to ensure DSAT/CSAT should be within given Target
  6. All agents should be available during Peak Hours of Traffic
