CASAGRAND BUILDERS IS HIRING FOR VOICE PROCESS ROLE - CHENNAI LOCATION - APPLY NOW!! Skillset: Domestic Voice Process Roles and Responsibilities : Handle customer calls, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Process transactions, update records, and provide accurate information to customers. Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion rates, and quality standards. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary. Job Requirements : 0.6-5 years of experience in BPO industry with focus on domestic voice process (telecalling). Strong communication skills in Hindi language with excellent verbal fluency. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
