Job Description:
We are hiring Voice Process Executives for our International (USA & Australia) process.
The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, confidence, and a positive attitude to engage effectively with overseas clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Work according to USA & Australia time zones.
Requirements:
