Role Overview:
As a Final Expense Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll be reaching out to U.S. citizens, educating them about affordable burial and funeral coverage options, and connecting qualified leads with licensed agents.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound calling to U.S. prospects aged 50+
Qualify customers for final expense insurance plans
Handle objections with empathy and confidence
Generate high-quality, pre-qualified leads for licensed agents
Maintain accurate records in CRM/dialer
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets

What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
Persuasive, confident, and energetic personality
Telecalling/BPO experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated
Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. hours)
