Voice Process (Customer Support)

We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our voice process team. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls to provide assistance, resolve queries, or promote services/products while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to assist customers with queries, complaints, or service requests.
• Provide accurate product/service information and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain call quality standards, including etiquette, clarity, and problem resolution.
• Update CRM systems with call details, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills [English].
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service or call centers preferred (Fresher can apply).
• Ability to handle pressure and work in rotational shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,972.46 - ₹30,298.91 per month
