Voice Process Advisor

Job Description:

RS Business Group is hiring Voice Process Advisors for its verticals in education, business consultancy, banking legal recovery, and digital media. This is an office-based calling and lead management role. The selected candidate will interact with potential clients, explain services, and help schedule meetings or conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to provided leads
• Explain services based on the caller's requirement
• Share details over WhatsApp or Email as required
• Fix appointments with internal teams
• Maintain follow-up records in CRM
• Submit daily reports and adhere to SOPs

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
• Fluent English Speaking candidates preferred
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel, and smartphone usage
• 1–3 years experience in telesales or customer service preferred
• Candidate must be willing to work from Jaipur office

Salary and Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month (as per output)
• Structured incentive on performance
• Attendance and CRM-linked monthly bonus
• Appraisal and promotion opportunity every 6 months
