Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats. Address customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services. Maintain and update customer records in the system. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and professional responses. Work in rotational shifts with rotational week offs. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work from office only.
