Role Overview: AGRIM, a Series B-funded AgriTech startup, is seeking a talented individual to give their Agentic Voice AI a unique personality. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping how the AI interacts with users, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and impact. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the future of agri-commerce in India. Key Responsibilities: - Understand how Agrim's voice AI integrates into various user journeys such as retailer onboarding, support, Agrim Super Star, and feedback loops. - Craft natural and engaging dialogues that effectively persuade, guide, and delight users. - Continuously test and improve dialogues based on live feedback and recordings, ensuring constant enhancement. - Collaborate with AI, product, and data teams to analyze results, measure impact, and iterate rapidly. - Utilize insights from user interactions to enhance the AI's conversational abilities and effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - Curiosity about human responses to tone, words, and pauses. - Ability to think from a user's perspective and write in a friendly, relatable manner. - Willingness to review numerous real calls to refine dialogue scripts. - Strong focus on clarity, empathy, and driving positive outcomes. - Capacity to work quickly, iterate, and enhance the AI's communication abilities.
