Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls professionally, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
Troubleshoot customer issues related to orders, services, and delivery.Maintain call records and update CRM systems accurately.Escalate complex or unresolved calls to the appropriate team.Meet individual performance metrics and quality benchmarks.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: 10+2 / Graduate / Post Graduate
Communication: Strong spoken English with a clear and professional toneProblem-solving: Ability to think quickly and resolve issues over the phonePersonality: Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first approachAge Limit: Up to 32 years
