Job Title: Western Vocal Music Teacher

Qualification: Associate Degree or equivalent in Music (Western Vocal specialization)
Experience: 1–2 years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Gender Preference: Open to both Male & Female candidates

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Western Vocal Music Teacher to join our music faculty. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Western vocal techniques, performance experience, and a desire to inspire students of various age groups through engaging and structured music education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group vocal music classes focused on Western vocal styles (Classical, Pop, Jazz, Rock, etc.)
• Teach vocal techniques including pitch control, breath management, diction, ear training, and stage performance
• Prepare students for concerts, recitals, competitions, and music examinations (e.g., Trinity, ABRSM)
• Develop lesson plans and maintain progress records for each student
• Collaborate with other music and performing arts staff for interdisciplinary activities
• Encourage creativity, self-expression, and confidence through music
• Participate in school events, annual functions, and extracurricular programs
• Maintain instruments, audio equipment, and ensure a productive learning environment

Requirements:

• Associate Degree/Diploma in Western Vocal Music or equivalent certification
• 1–2 years of teaching or relevant performance experience
• Proficiency in Western music theory and aural skills
• Strong vocal skills and the ability to demonstrate techniques clearly
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners
• Familiarity with music software or digital tools is a plus
