VMware VCF support

You will be joining Swan Solutions, a reputable organization with over 33 years of experience in providing IT infrastructure services. As a VMware VCF Support Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert-level technical support for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) solutions. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in VMware Cloud environments and specific certifications such as VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or VMware Advanced Professional (VCAP) in Data Center, Cloud, or Network. Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting complex issues related to VCF components such as vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and SDDC Manager. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure timely solutions and system stability. Additionally, you will be expected to create and maintain knowledge base articles, documentation, and troubleshooting guides, as well as implement proactive measures to enhance the performance of VCF environments. As a part of the role, you will conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents, mentor junior engineers, and engage with product development teams to provide feedback on product quality and suggest improvements. Staying updated with the latest VMware technologies and maintaining relevant certifications is crucial for this position.
