Technical & Functional Skills & Certifications Rich Hands-on experience of managing Azure Public & Private cloud environments along with Windows 2016/2019, VMWARE & Linux infrastructure Administration and Also knowledge on Proxy Management. In depth knowledge of Cloud tools, Windows 2016 environment with AD, DNS, IP technologies. Should have good understanding on VMWARE. Minimum 10 years relevant experience in cloud Management Develop strategies for client/server implementations; architect the infrastructure required to support those strategies. Should be the primary technical point of contact for one or more customers helping to plan, debug, and oversee ongoing operations of business critical applications hosted on cloud. Responsible for overall management of the Data Centre, user SLA commitments, performance ,availability, response time, problem resolution. Should be responsible for effective Resource management, System & Resource planning, based on business forecast Liaison with other stake holder/agencies Act as Team lead in the design and review of new server systems, applications, and hardware; conduct capacity planning as needed. Lead, coordinate and participate in key process improvements as they relate to the client/cloud/server environment. Coordinate and collaborate with network engineering, business application, and database administration function to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of corporate servers to meet client demands. Establish and implement policies, procedures, and technologies (including firewalls) to ensure cloud security. Assist in designing and implementing data center/server room security features, including HVAC control, environmental alarms, access restrictions, and so on Knowledge and work on Automation for Cloud services and reports. Manage and Maintain Daily/ Weekly Cloud Servers backup and validation. Daily checklist review of availability of Cloud infrastracture and devices status Familarity with Solution Designing with HLD/LLD Awareness of ITIL framework and familiarity with ITSM Tools (like Remedy/HPSM/Clarify etc ) . Excellent Troubleshooting, analyzing & managing the critical Incidents, Problem tickets with out of the box thought process Experience in designing POA for complex Changes for Private Cloud enviroument. Good knowledge in preparing RFO, RCAs, documentation, Knowledge Bank. Positions will require to work in rotational shifts to support 24 * 7 operations /project assigments. Education/Certification: BE/Any Graduation in either Electronics/CS/IT VMWare / MS Cloud related OEM certification
