Qualifications & Skills: Essential: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience in VMware vSphere administration . 3+ years of Unix/Linux systems administration experience. Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills in both virtual and physical server environments. Familiarity with backup/restore , high availability , and disaster recovery concepts. Desirable: VMware certifications (e.g., VCP-DCV ). Red Hat Certified System Administrator ( RHCSA ) or equivalent. Experience with Ansible , Terraform , or other automation tools . Familiarity with cloud integration (e.g., VMware Cloud, AWS EC2) or hybrid environments.
