VMware Admin L3

Experience- 7+ years (Minimum 5–6 years of experience in VMware administration, with at least 2–3 years at L3 level)

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain VMware environments including vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and related components.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex VMware infrastructure issues escalated from L1/L2 teams.

Monitor system performance and ensure VMware environments are running optimally.

Collaborate with IT teams to develop and deploy virtualization strategies aligned with business needs.

Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and updates.

Stay updated with VMware technologies and adopt industry best practices.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and help scale team capabilities.

Support compliance and audit requirements by ensuring proper configurations and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong expertise in VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi and related virtualization platforms.

Hands-on experience with storage and networking integration in VMware environments.

Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies.

Experience with automation tools such as PowerCLI, Ansible, or vRealize.

Ability to lead escalations and provide root cause analysis for critical incidents.

Excellent communication and documentation skills to interact with customers and internal teams.

Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
