VMC Supervisor

'- Responsible for supervising the operators and production operations such as machining, deburring, leakage testing etc. - To ensure equipment utilization and labor efficiency.  - To verify and ensure that all the operators and workers are using the PPE's - To give instructions and direct supervision on programming CNC machines to new hires and ensuring that they are operated safely and efficiently. - Responsible for monitoring shop floor safety measures and prepare safety reports - To prepare incident reports and investigate issues if an accident occurs on the machining shop floor. - To maintain the records of employee shifts to ensure adequate workers at all times. - Responsible for maintenance of machines and repair activities on the shop floor. - Responsible for reducing setup time and machining through process improvements - Maintain overall cleanliness and 5S standards on the shop floor. - Ensure the availability of Control Plan as per the process, tool data sheet and product based work instructions at relevant areas.
