Position: VMC Setter .
Qualification: ITI/Diploma/BE (Mechanical/CAD-CAM/Production Engineering)
Ahmedabad candidates will be preferred.
The candidate must be ready for 12-hour shift and rotational shift
Reporting To: Supervisor/Operation Manager.
We are looking for a VMC setter with the following capabilities.
Proven experience as a VMC operator.
Experience on controls like HAAS, Mitsubishi, and Fanuc.
Knowledge of Cutting Tools and Cutting Parameters.
Knowledge of G Code - M Code.
Knowledge of probe.
Experience in 4 axis and 5 axis .
Expertise in operating VMC machine and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
Prepare daily production report.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Coordinate with the QC team and ensure the quality of parts.
Mechanical engineering skill and good mathematical skill.
Ability to give training to trainee operators.
Good communication abilities.
Ahmedabad Candidate will be preferred.
