Responsibilities Develop and implement CNC programs for Vertical Machining Centers (VMC). Make machining programs for Die/moulds. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Design of Die moulds for die casting tools. Set up and operate VMC machinery for initial production runs. Ensure all programs comply with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of VMC machines. Maintain documentation for all programs and operational steps. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field. Knowledge of Haas and Fanuc Control. Proven experience of 10 - 15 years as a CNC Programmer with a focus on VMC. Deep understanding of CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and precision in work. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
