Role Overview: As a VMC Programmer at Castall Dies and Tools Private Limited, you will be responsible for programming vertical machining centers (VMC), optimizing tool paths, and ensuring the precision of finished components. Your daily tasks will involve interpreting technical drawings, setting up machinery, troubleshooting issues, and conducting quality checks to maintain specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Program vertical machining centers (VMC) to produce accurate components - Optimize tool paths for efficient machining processes - Interpret technical drawings to set up machinery accordingly - Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the machining process - Perform quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of Programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Back-End Web Development - Proficiency in Computer Science concepts and Software Development practices - Understanding of machining processes and experience with vertical machining centers - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret and execute technical drawings - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields - Experience in the manufacturing or machining industry is a plus - Strong communication and teamwork skills,
